Community Memorial Hospital

Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital, founded by the citizens of the community it serves, opened its doors on July 1, 1964. Community Memorial Hospital strives to enhance and improve the quality of life in Waukesha, Washington, Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties by combining next-generation technology with personalized care.

St. Joseph’s Hospital

St. Joseph’s Hospital is an acute care hospital serving residents of West Bend and Washington County and is a member of Froedtert Health. St. Joseph's Hospital offers a 24-hour Emergency Care Center including a state designated Level III Trauma Center. The hospital offers a New Life Center birthing center, Breast Care Program, cardiopulmonary rehab, general surgery, spine surgery, outpatient surgery, diagnostic services including a 64-slice CT, residential hospice care, sleep center, and cancer care including medical and radiation oncology. The hospital’s large, country campus also includes a prairie and walking trails, a medical building, and an eight-bed freestanding residential hospice facility, the Kathy Hospice, the first of its kind in the county.

Froedtert Health Medical Group is a primary care and multi-specialty group with 130 physicians and multiple clinic locations in Washington and Waukesha counties (West Bend, Germantown, Hartford, Jackson, Kewaskum, Menomonee Falls, Sussex).
