This partnership provides easy, one-point access to the health services of two community hospitals, primary care and multi-specialty care clinics across a broad geography, backed by the capabilities of an academic medical center affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Froedtert & Community Health delivers highly coordinated, cost-effective health care to residents of southeastern Wisconsin and beyond.
Our Team
All Workforce Health programs and services are delivered by healthcare professionals with extensive health and wellness experience, including our certified Wellness Coaches. Our nurses have a minimum of four-year college degrees with additional certifications and education, and all have significant work experience in hospitals, businesses, occupational health or wellness programs. Our credentialed health educators have years of experience in health education, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, primary and secondary prevention, behavior change and coaching. These health care professionals have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with many holding master’s degrees in areas such as exercise physiology and health education.

A Top 100 Hospitals to Work For — Froedtert Hospital was one of just three Wisconsin hospitals named among the 2009 “Top 100 Hospitals to Work For,” a national list compiled by Nursing Professionals magazine. The list is based on a random survey of hospital nurses measuring their job satisfaction, including flexibility, family-friendliness, professional development and strength of the nursing voice within the organization.
